Huzzah to week one! It has been so cold this week, but we got everything out of the garden and the hoop houses are all tucked in. I would use the eggplant up first. I can't believe we could harvest it in November, but it did not like the cold.
Last delivery of the season?! The summer started out slow but was so abundant in the end. Sorry, no kale this week. Collards instead. Farmer miscommunication!
